This is a time for organizations and club sports to showcase their clubs to incoming freshman and transfer students!!!! (VERY IMPORTANT)
Unfortunately, a few of the officers will be up in Wichita Falls for the Hotter n' Hell race. THAT MEANS we need all the veteran members we can get to pitch in and help represent!
The event lasts from 9 pm to about 10:30ish?? on Friday night, Aug. 26th
I would expect that we'd need you there around 8 30 pm to set up. The officers will make sure you have stuff to put on display. We just need people who will talk up the cycling club!!!
