my personal schedule (all on the road this week):

monday- off

tuesday- 2 hrs, aggressive with intervals

wednesday- King of Wednesday (local race ride)... but I'm not planning on 'racing' it... leave from fountain mall at 5 pm

thursday- 1 hour, easy recovery

friday- off (hotter n hell is close!)
friday night- Cycling club represents atlate night at the SLC!! (http://www.bikemojo.com/speak/showthread.php?t=45295)

Saturday- hotter n hell 100 - see post (http://www.bikemojo.com/speak/showthread.php?t=45140) in upcoming races

sunday- 2-3 hours, relaxed pace

Tomorrow road ride around 12:30. 1.5 to 2.5 hours (30-50 miles just depends how i'm feeling :endo: )

After that I may be taking a couple of friends for a road ride out to the koresh compound (30 miles). If some of ya'll want to come along it will be a super easy pace cause they will be on hybrid bikes and some mtn bikes. I'll post up if it is gonna happen.

10 years ago I was in school and sleeping till noon. :p We have a 1 1/2 hour drive before 9:00, just for perspective. Iffin you're too hungover, I understand. Either way, we'll be there.

alright so I have a sorry schedule, and my professor really is gonna keep us till at least 5 pm wednesdays, SO i wont be able to make a 5 pm fountain mall time for the KOW.

Is there anyone else that knows how to get to the shop that is gonna go and can lead everyone out at 5? if so post up... if not, I'll be swinging by the fountain at probably like 5 20... Im hoping to be able to jump onto the KOW ride as it passes through a certain point. Anyone is welcome to do that with if theyd like... If I'm I'm not there right at 5 20, I'm on my way... but I'll try!!!

Also, thursday ride (slow, 1 hr) will now be at 7 pm instead of 6

After this week I'll be able to go with everyone at 5. Can't go today. It's pretty straightforward for getting out there.
-5th street through downtown to left on Austin
-Austin down to right on 38th street
-Left onto Sanger from 38th
-Sanger all the way across valley mills and then left on Town Oakes and you're there.

I'll be there next week.

The Redwood Shelter is in Cameron Near where the road splits to either go up the hill or stay near the river I think there's a sign marking it. You should come out with us on Sunday too I think a few of us are going to ride over there.

Googe got you directions. I'll be on a black Titus Racer-X. There will probably be a decent sized group with folks of all speeds for you to join in with somewhere. pm me if you need anything else between now and then. We generally head over to crickets after we ride for a little nourishment.
