I'm a little closer to the canadian border (Sherman) than Dallas but ride most of the trails in the area.

what i meant to say was, maybe we can go for a ride sometime :) was @ Sister Grove yesterday but didn't ride. funny thing, i got the feeling (from most people i talked to) that Sister Grove is NOT a very popular trail. i'd still like to check it out. and there are the other trails...i've only been to LBH and River Legacy...liked them both. haven't made it to a Tuesday night ride yet, but plan on going tomorrow. looking forward to meeting more cyclists/bikers, Dorba folks :)

I'm offended that you made it RL and did not call! You realize that place is literally ten minutes from my house, right? SG is what some of us refer to as pretty easy. Not really worth the drive from the west side since less drive time puts us at some place fun like Cleburne. ;)

Dallas is fortunate to have a huge club, and lots of support for building local trails. Unfortunately they can only build on what they have, and that's usually flat flood plane urban jungle turf.
Head out of town to Tyler, or Johnson Branch, IDB, Possum Kingdom, Cleburne, Dino Valley, Cameron Park, etc. The drive is worth it, and once you meet some good folks, sharing the drive cuts the cost down.

I usually ride during the week in the mornings. Any time you want to ride just say the word. If you were wanting to hook up with another woman rider on a Fri we usually ride somewhere.
