The MSU stage race is this weekend. Just wondering if anyone else was planning on going, and what we were going to do for accomodations. It's a two day race, I think if I can't find a place to stay I'll be going on Saturday and just saying in Waco for whatever they have on Sunday, I think it might be a crit. Really want to go to both though...anyone else??

Grubbs nor myself can go. I have to stay and help with the shop mountain bike race at the park. If anyone is going it'll probably be a trip you have to do yourself. Don't forget you have to get there friday night to register as there's no race day registration.

Hello,

We're looking forward to hosting all of you this weekend (April 1-2) at
the Midwestern State University Stage Race in the Wichita Falls area.

We're starting off on Saturday morning with a new (and much more
cool)road race course. It's west of town and is on a 24.1-mile loop that
finishes with a string of rolling hills. It's going to be fun and
challenging. Several riders on our team came up with the new course.

On Saturday afternoon, we're moving out to our old road race course east
of town for a 7.9-mile individual time trial.

The weekend finishes up on Sunday morning with criteriums on the MSU
campus. We've got plenty of primes lined up. We'll also provide pizza
after the racing is over while we're waiting for results.

This will be a stage race, run on time.

Registration will take place this Friday evening in the Clark Student
Center on campus from 6 to 11 p.m. There will be no race day
registration. If you're running a bit late or need directions, please
call me on my cell: 940/867-0872. If you need driving directions to the
MSU campus, your best bet might be to Mapquest the school's address:
3410 Taft Blvd; Wichita Falls TX 76308.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the last post was from the coach at MSU sent to everyone in the conference. Just wanted to pass it along to anyone interested in going. BTW - the crit course is tight and they always have great prizes (I won a cyclometer there when I was there last) and that was just one prime. They give our tires and all sorts of stuff too.
