Kara , Amber and myself found the new trail yesterday, it brings the total miles to just over 20 miles for the big loop. great ride, just need some more tire tracks on it to groove it in.
Nice job John

The new trail section is built in the tradition of the "Extra Credit" (a.k.a. Frontal Lobotomy; Bottle in Front of Me; Super Secret Switchback) so that it can be used to add smilage to existing rides and bypassing less interesting sections.
The new trail is a smidgeon over a mile in length (by GPS) and allows riders to dispense with that last section beside the fence line on Miracle Mile.
Look for the Pink ribbons and take a left if you want to give it a whirl.
I've heard rumors that The Grind has some new armoring too!
Everyone can thank Paul and Co. for that fine work!
Oh, and I have another trail addition in the planning stages that ought to be fun. More to come when I get it done.

I rode it two weekends ago after the Uphill Marathon. All the traffic was really good for it. It has the feel of Frontal Lobotomy and Bottle In Front Of Me when they were new: bumpy and mooshy in places, but lotsa fun. It flows better than they did when they were new. The humpbacks are a trip and there's more of those damned Robnockers. The one with the pedal-catcher needs a special name (no, not motherf*@%er). The Aggie-knockers are fun, too.
Great work Egg'r!!
