Well Someone better post from Dallas or else.It would be great to hear from Alan and the bunch..Anyone racing this fall.I think I still have the legs.... LAter for now :joking:

Do you ever ride up at Horse shoe in Grapevine? Its a little easier location to get to for a lot of us during the week than Boulder. We could do a Wednesday night ride and imbibe up there if you are interested. The trail steward lives in that neighborhood and is always up for a beer or two in his garage post ride.

I'm drining from all the way up her in the great white north. About 6:30 or so? I'tll give enough time for a little daylight drinking.

How about we plan it for next week then. I can do 6:30 followed by a beverage. I may start a bit earlier and then come through and get you. Park on the lake side of the trail for better coverage while imbibing. I'll try and round up some others.

Next Wednesday it is then at the Shoe. I'll likely be up there by about 5:30 or 6:00. I'll make sure and swing back through the parking lot to get you and whoever else about 6:30. Oh, and we'll drink a couple after we are done.

I drive a blue Jeep Liberty. I'll either have a white surly or a black racer x. I don't which one I'll bring. Iffin we are gonna imbibe post ride, I suggest we park at the slough end of the trail. It would be the one closest to the water off of Dove Loop Road. Not Dove Road. Basically where the words Oak Grove Park are on this map.

I'm alittle mixed up on OAK Grove Park.I never thought there was a trailhead there? I always park at RockLedge PArk and ride in that way. Ya know cross the Damb and the Golf Corse is on your right hand side.That seems to be on the total other side of the lake than what you I usaly ride.Look out for a Blue Ford Explore Sport trac with a sweet NRS air...

Ah, this is not Northshore. This is Horseshoe. It is on the other side of the lake and a much different trail. With that said, can we postpone for a week? I just looked at my calendar and I have a Fantasy Football draft to do that night. I've got to be in Keller.

I live about 15 minutes from the trailhead. It rained a lot. The trail is probably ridable tomorrow though b/c its been so dry. Let's try for next week?

Rode it last Evening...The rain really helped the trail no loose stuff to watch for..

Good for you. I hope to do a night ride out there tomorrow night. I've got a meeting in North Dallas and plan to hit it on the way home. We'll see how it goes.
