Had my kiddo. It friggin killed me that I couldn't go. I was bummed. I will be there next year come hell or highwater.

It was worth the trip. I'll do it again, but I don't seeing it as an annual pilgrimage for me.

There's a lot of big rides I'd like to try.

I really want to do the Five Boroughs Ride in NYC at some point.

I'll be west next October. I love desert riding. That race was the first real endurance ride I did. Did they sprinkle you with Holy Water this year?

Yeah, After you make the little climb to the church and your toungue is hanging out 5", the priest flicks some water on you.


That NYC ride looks interesting. NYC just doesn't seem like a worthy vacation to me though.

NYC is always a worthy vacation. I've got a friend from college who lives in the West Village. She'd let me stay. Its just a matter of shipping the bike. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do it.
