The upper loop is the best ride with a minimum of springs, of which most are at the start to the Loop. The lower loop has the most springs and they are scattered throughout the loop. Yesterday I cut drainage in places and eliminated some of the problems. I also spread some 5" rock on the old tin and chain link crossing to decrease a short mud section there. By next week, most of the springs should be dry on the both the upper and lower loops. But, the green loop is a mess, looks like a rice paddy with down trees about half mile in. It also flows into a section of Terri's trail that the red loop has been rerouted due to water problems. I strongly urge that the green loop not be ridden till further notice.

Just had a cold front go through without a lot of rain. We did have a lot of wind which means I'll have to check the entire system by this weekend for dead fall.

We did not have much rain last night. The trails will be about the same as my first post. I'll check for downed trees Tuesday evening after work. We did have a lot of intense wind when the front blew threw, so there will be trees down. I just don't know where yet and how much chain saw work it will take. I'm hoping for minor stuff that can be rolled off or cut with a hand saw. Last time this happened I had around 14 trees and limbs down. 2 of which I had to come back with the chain saw to remove.
