I use to race about 5 years ago, but since I was only 14 and had to be toted around I lost interest after my first season. I went to Bicycle-Heaven in SA this morning and picked out the bike I am going to get, A Diamondback Topanga Comp. From previous experience on Mountain Bikes, this bike will suit me best for now. I will probably sit out this next coming race season, and race the next. I have put on some lbs in the last couple years and need to get rid of it before I can take on a race :D I am looking forward to meeting you guys, already got an e-mail from Joel, and plan on being at the next meeting.

Good for you, man! I remember what it was like getting back on the bike after gread school. Those winter pounds (i was in ohio - cold- ickk) finally melted away. So did the stress. Damn... gotta go ride more...
