Our next Paydirt workday will be Sunday March 9th at 10:00 am. During this workday, weather permitting; we will continue to build a new section to eliminate one sorry jeep road climb on the lower loop in preparation for STORM Hill Country Mountain Bike Challenge April 26-27, 2008.
Tools needed: I have some tools but rakes, and gas powered weed eaters will be appreciated.
Remember if you work, you ride free the workday. If you work at least 5 hours you ride free till the last race on April 27th. You must work at least 15 hours to ride free till we close for hunting season. 10 Paydirt approved hours must be worked on trail and 5 hours can be worked as a volunteer at the STORM Hill Country Mountain Bike challenge or the STORM Miles of DisComfort Marathon (you may assign significant other to perform your race volunteer work, call for details). You must log in your hours. We do have primitive camping with HOT-water showers for those who are coming from far-off. STORM will provide lunch after work is finished for the day.
