Still has not rained here. The clouds don't look good at present.

Still no rain. We are dry.

Trails dry = me riding today. If anyone wants to join in I'm looking at an 1145ish start and doing both loops in about 2.5 hours. Easy pace, sessioning anything not cleared the first time, occasional stops at scenic points...but not much stopping otherwise. I drive a maroon Tribute and ride a red Jamis.

Never ridden at FRR. Is it advisable to ride alone there the first time?

It's likely more fun with someone who knows the trails.

Either hookup on a MOJO ride or call Jimmy and he might be able to hook you up on a tour de FRR.

If the weather holds, maybe see about sparking up interest in the Wednesday evening ride out there. Him or Doug usually lead.

Chris - Did you have a good ride? We were leaving just as you pulled up. I imagine you lost alot of water weight..it was steaming when we left.

It was quite warm at the start, but it cooled off due to thunderstorms in the area about 1:30 or so. I rode through a little drizzle, but never saw any real rain. I had a blast. I had never ridden any of the upper loop before - it's a great trail. I still didn't see all of it because I had to cut back a bit early to get home. I can't wait to get back out there and check out the rest of it.
