Postie Sighting

Was heading back in from a lunchtime road ride and as I went through the light at Lake Austin I just caught a glimpse of George Hincappie and some other Postie riding with another guy. Unfortuantely they were going through the light in the opposite direction so I didn't get a real good look. I'm sure it was George though cause he had those signature white Oakley Racing Jackets on. The other Postie may have been Lance, but I'm not sure. Oh yeah, both Posties were riding sans helmets. That's o.k. though, cause they never crash. ;)

where do those guys normally ride/train in Austin?? Anybody know?

what road were you on when crossing Lake Austin?

I was on Lake Austin Blvd. heading east and they were heading west. I think last year they stayed at BC Country Club. Their training is done on the hills west of Austin.

They stay at the hotel at BC Country Club. I think they ride out 71. Probably the same course as the Ride for the Roses a few years ago.
