Yeah, maybe she doesn't like us. She blocked all communication. Who knows?

The girl's got a job now. No more getting up at the crack of noon for her.

Well that's certainly one of her specialties. Kicking ass on a mtb is another. Nice lady too (when she's not on a mtb :D).

Just been takin a break - though I was gettin too absorbed in bikemojo, at the expense of my job search and other responsibilities.
I figured if I was lettin bikemojo stress me out, I really needed to take a break.
No offense against my friends! :D
I miss you guys!

Thanks,
Lisa. I didn't really want to believe that you didn't like us. But we could have offended you in one our many ways.
Glad you're okay.

Congrats on that!
There was glimpse of her leaving the start line at the last race...

Thanks TXRAiDR, but it's not a REAL job - just a wonderful opportunity to spend my nights and weekends, and some days too, in the wonderful world of retail for the holidays. It's called a DESPERATION job. Groceries and a few utilities is all it pays.
HA - thanks Weeg, but it must've been a case of mistaken identity...this was me the weekend of the last fall race...

Ha. Yeh right.
If you can, come out and road ride this Sunday with the Bike Lane group. Talked to Ken yesterday picking up my bikes. Maybe a good sized group.

Thanks Snoopy, I was thinking about doing the Bike Lane ride, since I'm lucky enough to have Sunday off this week. Perhaps I'll see ya there!

I look forward to you coming out and whooping my butt on the road. Get rid of some tension on the rollers. That's what I do.

hee hee... tension? What ever gave you the idea I need to get rid of some tension? ;)
!!!...always count to 50 before hitting the "send" button... okay, maybe 100...or 1000...or JUST DON'T EVER HIT THE SEND BUTTON AT ALL????
I could sure use to pedal off some of this holiday lard, though - see ya Sunday!

Sorry to hear about your crash, Mike! Sounds like a nasty one! I hope you're healing quickly...in time to hit the trails for the spring series! :D
Take care! (and, at the risk of sounding like a hypocrit, BE CAREFUL!!!) :(

Thanks, Lisa. Healing is slow. The real hard part is doing nada. Very hard for someone like me. The surgeon says it is one of the best(worst) ones he's seen. It is still separated but hopefully will mend. the reason it didn't come out of my chest was it was a clean break and not sharp. But, thank God for Giro and all my support.
I don't know about the Spring series but I hope to make the trip to Colorado in July.
