Meet at Huntsville State Park for a 9AM ride start. Park by the Interpretative Center. We expect to see many of the Bikelane folks out there as well.

Directions: The park is 6 miles southwest of Huntsville off Interstate 45 on Park Road 40.

Just saw Snoopy's post. The NWCC ride at Huntsville is off for this weekend. We're looking into another venue for this Sunday.

Is anything in Houston dry? I might be down there for some ridin and other junk this weekend.

I appreciate it Roadie. Some riders confronted the main Trail Steward for Huntsville when he tried to talk them off the trails. It may take a while, but we will have them looking good again. Bridge materials on the way and another re-route in the works. Stay tuned.

Toonces, I'll ask around and see what's dry here (Double Lake, Memorial Park, Ant Hills). Maybe not much. I was frankly hoping (expecting) Huntsville to be, but no luck there.

Ant Hills is a disaster area. It will be at least next spring before they are rideable, if then. Memorial Park depends on the amount of recent rain. With todays forcast and weather maps it doesn't look good. But there will be plenty of people riding this weekend. I just won't be one of them. For awhile.
