sorry to hear about Ozone. i've been in there a couple times and got good service. sounds like University was the shop you were looking for though. cool.

Ozone seemed to be helpful, but busy at times, when I was there. Might also look at Trend on 12th street for anything BMX. All they do is BMX.

Yeah, that sucks. Give them another try sometime. That was the reason I got my bike there, as I had the opposite experience - as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and they were never pushy.

I guess all shops have good days and bad days depending on whats going on.
