It was an okay ride. About 27 miles. I think we cut a turn in our neighborhood loop and didn't do the Cimerron crit loop at the end. ABout a 21 average over all with one or two sprints in the mid 30s. I did a fair share of pulling in the first half which is suprising. I usually wait mid pack for a while. We'll get some rides in I am sure over the next month.

Most definately. I did a psuedo west oaks ride. Most of it was spent on cadence and concentrating on endurance. I have dropped some weight off, which is good. I will need to mix it up some with some rides in a group. Oh, BTW, West Oaks is going to get more crowded now. At the intersection of Westpark & Alief Clodine another apartment complex is going up along with some more houses. Pretty soon I'm going to have to either start driving down to George Bush park or start from those schools on 1464!

With the state of that road that runs parrallel with the tracks before the tracks and all of that new construction, I will start for there if I ride WO again.
