How are the conditions at Madrone?

Madrone is perfect. Have a fantastic ride.

NOTE:
There are roughly 8 spots where underground springs have popped up on the trail and the soil is damp for 3-15 meters.

There are a couple (2 that I counted) blow downs, and a few swampy areas... just ride through, don't widen the trail if you can help it. The trail is holding up pretty well, but really could use some rakes and man hours. There was a ton of surveyors tape (pink) out there on Friday 3/5 which is making me wonder who's doing what out there. If there's going to be a trail day, please post it up. I'll take my saw with me on Monday and try to clear the deadfall I saw last week.

I was bummed about some of the damage to the trail and the widening of some areas.

It makes me wonder what the new Corps facility person is thinking with all the tape up.
