They must be widening the streets or something.

Its hard to find someone that can paint a straight line these days that doesn't have a MBA in basket weaving...;) :D :D :D

Most of the cost of this project is to covert existing open drainage ditches to underground culverts and then putting a hike/bike path on top. Right now, almost all of the right-of-way is used by traffic lanes and the open drainage ditches.
