Round Rock Lunch Time Rides?

I work at Dell in RR and am thinking about trying to do a lunch time ride once a week or so. Anyone else work up in this area interested? Anyone know any decent routes? I'm looking to do 15 - 25 miles and mix up the focus regularly.

The other alternative is driving to WC and doing a lap there. The drive time takes away from the ride time, though...

I work right across I-35 at the Farmers Insurance building. I would be up for either a roadie or WC.
For Walnut Creek Tuesdays and Thursdays are best cuz I usually have my mtn bike with me on those days. Fridays would work also but not this Friday (12 hour saturday).
For road rides Monday and Wednesday or even Fridays work best for me. My lunch schedule is fairly flexible so I could make just about anything work.
I am leaving for a BCGB ride with Grumpy right now so I will check this thread late tonight.

For road, I think if we head down 1325 toward AE Grimes we can tie into some relatively low traffic roads.

My schedule is variable - sometimes I have tons of free time, other times I can't get out of the office. I -usually- can get out of here from 11:30 to 1:00 or so, though.

I can likely get away tomorrow (Wednesday) which is usually the day I do my spin class at Golds Gym. I will pm you and see if we can hook up.
