Even though the rain was looking really bad, there was a light drizzle with some occasional bursts, no bad, packed in the sand and made a few puddles that were avoidable, but all in all the ride was fantastic!!!

The weekend is shaping up to be another great one. The ranch will host a trail run on Saturday and the trails will be closed for riding. We will be back to normal business on Sunday.

Hey Damnon, will you post up trail conditions as it gets closer to the weekend. I'm hoping it drys out over there. I was hoping to come over sunday and pre ride a bit for the 12 hour. Melanie

We have not seen any rain this past week the trails are in good shape. Damon

I saw Warda is still on the calendar for the spring 2007 TMBRA series, will it still be able to host the race? I imagine with the new trails going in that it should be OK but I figured I'd ask.

Yep the title says it all and the feedback from the folks who have seen the new trail sections is outstanding. The ranch will loose its begginner friendly status by the time phase 2 is done. But this is Bluff Creek Ranch so we will provide by-passes for the weak of heart, or pedal. We sure...

As of today July 23rd we are up to 7 1/2 miles of trail. We will be starting on the section of trail designed by the "Trail Docs" this coming week. Trails are in good shape though we could use some rain, seems we have been missing out on the rain this past weekend. Damon Nolan :)

Well the skies have not quit yet, we recieved .1 of rain in the last 36 hours. The trails are fast and tacky with some mud in the creek bottoms. Anyone interested in paydirt or free passes to ride the ranch I have plenty of trail work to barter with. Damon Nolan
