And alas, there is no dirt way to get from the Circle C/Veloway trails to Bauerle. It takes a little less of a mile of road. And crossing Brodie is a bitch at just about any time. But once you are on Bauerle trails you can easily connect to Mary Moore Searight too.
I do appreciate a good hug, but alas again, SCT is not suppose to be ridden at night, so I can't tell you that you can. A couple of weeks ago the Crank and Drank went straight to it and managed to ride it and get out before the gates closed.
And why are you asking what time we get BACK to ATX Bikes after the Tuesday ride instead of what time we leave? Do you want to come just for the dranking? lol. That's fine and not a bad idea.
But it starts at 6 pm year 'round. It breaks into groups according to speed. We just about always make sure no one is left behind or gets lost. But if you suck in your biking ability we will strongly hint when we reach a good bail out point that you should head back to the shop. I'm typical of the slow group, averaging 8 mph for the ride. Fast group averages about 10 mph. We don't do a lot of stopping, but we do pause every now and then.
If the weather does what they say it is suppose to I think that it'll be good to go on Tuesday. Pent up demand, along with the first Daylight Savings time Tuesday, means we should have a big turnout. We will probably break into three groups.
Good times.
