Thick & thin, yin & yang, mtn & road....

Here are 2 new creations to come out of our frame building shop.

The first is a frame we made for our friend, Aaron. It was #9 in our line-up just after the trio of frames we did (blue, black, gray ones)a while back. Aaron's frame is almost identical to my geometry (short wheel base, steep head angle) except for an additional 5 mm in the chain stays for clearance. This frame is a good example of our S-bend seat stays (for v-brakes) and disc brake brace design. Aaron has been kind enough to let us use (ride!) it on our photos shoot this Sat. This is the first time I've seen it built up and I think he did a great job of blending the silver, blk and org colors.

The next one is the bike I think may be causing all this rain. I got it back from the painter over a week ago and was finally able to get it build up last Wed....it has rain most ofthe passed week now and the bike has not even been ridden.

This is the first road bike to come out of our shop. I know I'm biased because its my bike and all...but dang this thing is cool! The fabrication and paint came out very well; we are very proud of it. Its built up pretty hot rod with full Dura Ace, Easton Carbon SL fork, carbon bars & post, Ritchey 4 axis stem and Bonty Race X lites to round out the build. I'm very curious to get it on a scale. The frame weighed 3.85lbs on the post office mail scale and this frame was built with out any effort to make it a light-weight. I hope to finally ride it tonight at the Thur crit.

    Uhmmm..yeah we do (kinda).
    www.truefabricationbicycles.com

Its just a comming soon page with some basic info. We are working to get our pop-server email acct setup and our phone number listed to the page (512) 709-5936.

We are also looking for someone who is very capable of putting together a website. For the right person we are willing to do some trading on a custom frame.

    CBaron,

I saw a few of your frames on display at the Waco MTB race a few weeks ago. They are beautiful. Where can we get more information on what you build (MTB, Single,Speed 29r)??

Excellent.......but i hate cheese......it tastes like the toe jam from a dead bum filtered through a dirty sock with lysol and then fermented into a wax wad that i'd expect to find packed in the corner of a sewage drain pipe outlet from a an insane asylum........ Carlos

The best way to get more info is to email me (or call me). codybaron AT austin.rr.com 69four-131nine I'm currently working to get our True Fab email acct up and running and the True Fab "bat line" doesn't get answered too much because we are not "offically" taking orders (yet).

We will be doing a lugged frame down the road. One of my frame partners wants to build one for his wife, so this will probably be the first one we do. Lugged frames are not too difficult to pull off (especially with the equipment we have). So if you had your heart set on one then we would be more than willing to oblidge. If yours was an early iteration for us then we could reflect that in the price of you frame. *wink*
