    Hill Climb TT feedback

I'm talking to the apartment development across from Jester about putting on a TT on their driveway. I'd love to hear what y'all think of the climb. Maybe some of you Thursday night climbers can try it out next week?

Is that the only driveway in and out of the complex? Is it wide enough for both car and bike traffic? I haven't been on it, yet, obviously.

They've got 15% occupancy - not that much traffic. We'd put a marshall at the top and bottom with radios and one dedicated car lane

First time I scoped that development I said to my self, "Self, somebody must REALLY wanted to develop that hill"

Wants the grade on that climb?

I will have to check it out. I usually try to ignore it as I get dry heaves whenever I look at what they did to the landscape to put that huge building in there.

Aparently they only built on 10% of the land they bought - maybe there is an opening to build some trail?

Targeting June 13 for the hill climb. June 14 for a niter-esque circuit race in Manor.
