    WC dry?

Do you think WC will be dry by morning? It looks to have gotten less than 1" of rain... http://radar.weather.gov/radar/loop/.../si.kewx.shtml

even a half inch can hose WC, I'd be careful out there.

CP will probably be OK, if you like wet limestone

OK, just saw the news and south austin got over an inch, the GB got 3/4" and WC got .01".

Probably rideable, think I am heading out there at 9:30 for a ride.

No rain here just west of CP. My grass isn't even dewy.

Just got back from a run and the GB is toast. maybe by tomorrow afternoon, but some of those puddles are mighty big.

I called the GB infoline to see what they had to say about it, and the message dated today said that the GB was open to bikes. I went down there to check it out, and it most certainly should not have been open to bikes. I rode/walked from Zilker to 360 and found numerous puddles that spanned the entire track. Most of the non-puddle track was just tacky, but there were a few muddy spots.

Who makes the decision to open the GB? Do they check out the trail after a rain before declaring it open?

I'd be interested in a WC ride tomorrow morning or afternoon.

Hopefully it will dry out from the deluge we got last night.

WC is WET. Do not ride. CP is bone dry.

I went to Muleshoe yesterday and it was in great shape.
