CP on the 23rd

After seeing me ride a few times, do you think I could handle the loop? And if so, will be all Advanced going through the loop, or will there be a slower group, not too slow? I really want to at least try.

you should try the loop. you will likely be able to do som/most of the downs, few of the ups. little b is gonna take a group. she is a VERY good technical rider.

I know a lot of folks (ie women-folk) have been warned off of City Park b/c of the difficulty. I rode CP for the first time last year with RLAG, and LOVED it! As long as you are comfortable on your bike (read: not a total beginner), you should give the main loop a shot. The difficult sections are easy to see ahead of time and walk over. You'll be riding some of them the very next time you go out.

sooooooo, don't let people scare you away from one of the coolest rides in town. RLAG is the perfect environment to give it a try!

Looks as if I will miss the ride today, but I will go on my son's boat for my wakeboarding lesson (birthday treat). CP has been in the sun for hours now and should be nice and dry for the girls. Take lots of water and have a great safe time.

That was fun! We had a few good crashes but lots of brave women. Thanks little b for the ledge climbing pointers. I will continue to shove my front wheel into rocks until I master it!
