Victor, can you give me a vector to the starting point?
And stop talking about my equipment. I compensate just fine, and bribe the women to lie about any other shortcomings...![]()

Blue Star Brewery parking lot.
Roll out had been at 7PM but with daylight getting shorter, we are moving it up to 6:45PM next week and if the group can accommodate, up to 6:30PM after the time change.

How many riders, and what range of speeds are represented? My personal best is 15.4 on a loop ride of any form, and survived my first Bike to the Bridge/Beach at 14.26.
The only personal bests we try to beat are on the amount of post-ride beers consumed. Deflate those skinny tires to about 50 psi and you should be ok. If you are a roadie you shouldn't have any problem keeping up as those of us on mtb's moderate the pace.![]()
Plus, we treat our riders like we treat our beer. We don't drop 'em.
Come on out, you'll be more than fine. (unless Z shows up with his tape measure)

no shit peety, it's all about the ride. I don't even know what my personal best average speed is, but I can tell you who's a slacker when it's time to buy a pitcher!
just ride. the mojo crowd looks down on anyone who smokes another rider...especially a beginner. We don't care about speed, just the ride and the beer....so come.
btw, I can rarely make this ride as the wife has an important night and my kid needs a lift to her ballet, but the few times I've gone it was fun.
I think the STORM president from a while back coined it. We still use it on STORM rides and stuff.![]()

And I quote, "So, forgive the newbie,..."
I'll be there with horns on and compressed air for anyone who wants a whiff. Who knows, I may even have some fundage for beverage as well...
Any of you lowlifes riding tonight??![]()
Count me in...possibly a bit late though (don't wait for me).
I'm there.

If you ain't crashin'

Have we settled on moving the ride up or still rolling out ~7pm.

One benefit though is that most riders who hold on to this ride this late in the season are either dedicated or experienced, which translates to faster paced. We usually didn't get back to Blue Star until 9PM during the summer, but now, it's closer to 8:30, even with the same start time.

Now that I have lights count me in for tonight. Are most people riding fat tires or skinny tires?

Maņana, wheels down by 7PM. Bring lights if you got 'em. Perhaps I'll pull the music trailer.

Spank you very much for the reminder...I might have forgotten to charge my lights. I'll be inbound from Houston; expected departure by 1400 so I should be there in reasonable time.
bumpage.
who's in?
STORM meeting. I'm out.
