Ive been wondering how long the Austin Urban Assault people were going to last before the Adventure Fit people caught wind of it. Unfortunately its all a matter of who trademarked it first.
So locals cant use "Urban Assault" in local promos. Who cares. What do we all know it by? URBAN ASSAULT.

Hmm...I read over their description of what urban assualt ride is, and it seems to me that WAR does not infringe on it. I'd say keep using it.
