    Wunderground suggests Comfort missed the heavy rain this week. If Flat Rock Ranch dry and rideable tomorrow? thanks

    We missed all the rain from the past several days. Our trails are dry and a good ride at present.

    Should be able to ride sunday afternoon if conditions, currently sunny & windy, hold out. There will be some slick / wet spots where the trail goes over the hills. Could ride in the AM but it would be better later if it stays like this. There has been some road work on the Lower so watch out there.

    Trails should be good by mid morn. There was a little shower late last night but it wasn't that much. The top of the hills sill have some wet spots but they shouldn't be real bad. There is some road work going on in the lower so where the trail shares the road it might be muddy.
