@flatrockranch 3-11-12 the sun is out and drying trails. 2-3 in afternoon should be dry to ride. All north facing slops (like evil worm) will be tacky.

Much as my current home area ( NE PA ) doesn't have anything like FRR at least I have good trails, just different.

Thanks...it's all good. Sad thing is is that there are plenty of trails (Mac-like) where I live, but the (even though they are public) 'Horse Mafia' has them in their pocket...


One has to drive a long way to get good trails...I often disappear for a weekend up in the Pisgahs, but that is a 3-4 hr drive...

Yeah, FRR is tough to beat. If I didn't have such an awesome job here (or find one in SA), I'd move back to TX...
