    MTB ride at Rocky Hill Ranch, Smithville

    There's a TMBRA race there on 5-20-12. Jack and I are heading out to ride the course either one or two weeks before, most likely on a Saturday (that's 5-5-12 or 5-12-12). If you're interested in joining the fun, what's your preference?

    FYI: You don't need to be into MTB racing to go to RHR with us. If your want to ride some great trails (picture miles of groomed dirt twisting through a pine forest), you need to see RHR.

    My daughter’s dance recital is at 2pm that afternoon. I can do both if we leave early enough to make the drive worthwhile. How early are you and Joel willing to leave NB?

    It's about three hours drive time r/t, right? how many hours do we want on the trail?

    It's at the most 2hrs and that's going slow... I would like to get two laps in... that prob a hour for ya'll and 2 for me

    I can bring a cooler of ice or the electric cooler for drinks n stuff.

    If it doesn't rain anymore out there it should be perfect on sat.
    NB area Road Ride Maps (PDF):
    York Creek (Old Thursday Ride)
    Ten Tops (Steep Hills route)
    Bat Cave (Nice route)

    MojoFest '06 -'09 Road Ride maps (PDF):
    A-Ride (Long 80 miles w/lots of hills)
    B-Ride (Meduim 35 miles, but hilly)
    C-Ride (fewer miles w/a good hill or two)

    Assuming RHR has been getting as much rain as NB, I'm out. If you know that the last few days of rain has missed RHR, post up.
